Walking is probably one of the most popular options amongst people. Sprinting occasionally or walking uphill also helps you burn more calories. The best time to go walking early in the morning, this will leave you feeling energetic and refreshed for the rest of the day. If you want to lose even more weight, then after coming home drink a nice cup of green tea. Studies have shown that you can lose weight with green tea if you drink it before meals everyday, so if you jog in the morning, drink a cup before breakfast.

Tennis is a very fun and competitive sport that is another great body mover! Even if you’re not good at playing, it will still get you running back and forth trying to hit the ball to beat your opponent. You can also play squash instead which is pretty similar to tennis.
Dancing! Go out with your partner or friends and dance! Don’t be shy to get on the dance floor and start going crazy. The amount of calories you can burn while dancing is actually pretty amazing, when you start sweating that’s a pretty good indication that you should stop.
