How to Lose Weight in Your Face
The absolute first thing people will most probably notice about you when they first meet you is your face. Since your face it where people are interested in most, it would be a good idea if you kept it in best shape as possible, and that is why I am going to be giving you some tips on how to lose weight in your face. (I don’t know if “weight in your face” is the right term, more probably “face fat”. Ya, that sounds better.)
Changes appear on your face much quicker than around your waistline, so burning fat might not show any positive results down below but it sure will have an immediate impact on your face. The problem with humans is that we’re not some harddrive where you can just go around and delete the files you don’t like or need. In other words, you can’t just lose face fat specifically, you need to lose weight in all other parts of your body and then you will notice the decrease in weight in your face with time. (So, for example, you can’t just decide that you want to learn only how to get rid of belly fat only, you need to lose fat in your whole body.) But even so, since the face is the object of focus (where people stare at most of the time they’re talking to you, unless they’re the type that like to stare at other peoples’ feet), it would be in your best interest if you maintained the best face possible. That doesn’t mean you should have a very skinny face, nor does it mean you should have a very chubby one either, just an average looking face without all the extra fat on it that you gained over the years.
With that said, I still think that you should focus on losing weight in your face since I guarantee you that you will look much younger, feel much healthier, and be overall more confident in your life. Many people have lost weight and as a result have lost face fat, and they will all gladly tell you that they now feel much happier than before and would recommend everyone to do the same. So, here are some ways to lose face fat (or weight in your face). Just take a peak at yourself one more time in the mirror, because after you finish reading this article, you won’t be seeing that face anymore, trust me.
The first way to burn face fat is to prevent yourself from eating lots of carbohydrates and sugars. The reason you should mostly eat whole grain foods, vegetables, and fruits, is that studies and research conducted by experts and professionals shows that carbohydrates and sugars can make your face puffier since they cause your blood vessels to become inflamed and to swell up, this results in an puffed up face.
The second method of losing weight in your face effectively is to cut back on the amount of salt your body intakes. This can be achieved by avoiding some of the most common culprits such as potato chips (ya, even those really good tasting Lays), salty pistachios, and similar foods. In case you’re wondering why this method works, it’s because salt causes your face to become puffy by retaining water. More salt is equal to more water which ultimately means you have a puffier face.
The third face weight loss method you might be interested in trying is to do exercises to lose weight in your face. Experts argue on these types of exercise’s worth, but many people have tried them and can swear that they work miracles. Whatever, we don’t really care what others say and what others don’t, our main focusing is to burn face fat and nothing else. Give this one a try. Basically you just need to do a couple of facial exercises everyday to get your blood flowing. These weight loss exercises, if performed correctly and regularly, will start to show results in the long run. The first exercise you can perform to lose face weight is to puff up your cheeks, hold that pose for about 10 seconds, and then release them while relaxing your facial muscles. Another exercise you do perform is to open your mouth up real wide and move your jaw up and down about ten times. This will help move your chin and circulate the blood flow in your face.
The final way to lose face fat isn’t exactly one I would go for, though it is quite an easy solution if that’s all you’re looking for in the end. I mean, anybody can use this method and he/she will have a much healthier looking face, even though it may only be on the outside. What I’m talking about is cutting your hair in a way that will make people forget about your round face and rather focus on your hairstyle. Talk to your barber or hair stylist and ask them what type of hair style they would recommend for you that will make your face look thinner. This can be used as a temporary way of losing weight in your face, but don’t just settle for it and instead make use of the other tips on how lose face fat that I’ve provided in this article.
I was going to mention dieting and regular exercise in this article, but decided that those are already common weight loss tips and that you probably already knew them before you came here. To sum it up folks, you can’t just lose weight in your face alone (just as you can’t lose weight in your thighs only), you need to work on other parts of your body (exercise in general, healthy diet, etc.) to start seeing the results in your face. Rest assured, though, like I mentioned previously in this post, changes on your face are the most quick to show, and people will also let you know that it’s true when they see your new face!
It goes without saying that you won’t notice results unless you start to take action, that is exactly why I started this weight loss blog, so I could help guide people to the correct path. I can’t take action for you, neither will anyone else, if you really want to lose weight in your face then it’s going to take a whole lot more than just reading a simple article. It’s going to take hard work and dedication from you to see results, now stop reading and get out there and start working.
